One page of thumbnails from the raw feed of images sent down by Cassini from Saturn. These pictures were taken through a variety of filters on January 1. I added the color, and it doesn’t mean anything.

Wow, that’s cool. Thank you. By the way, this data feed is always in black and white. As you may know, only by combining individual images taken through red, green and blue filters do you get the color pictures. Clicking through to each raw will give the filter information. (All this is totally separate from the color in the image above, which I just added arbitrarily because I thought it looked cool.)

It reminds me of some of Andy Warhol’s art - multiple images of the same thing in different colors -
